Our high-grade flat wire for various applications is produced on modern facilities and under strict quality controls. Cold-rolled flat wire is offered in stainless materials, non-ferrous metals, carbon steels and special alloys.
As a flexible specialist we offer wide dimensional variety, ranging from 0.5 mm to 12 mm in width and from 0.02 to 3.00 mm in material thickness. Thereby, the available tolerances are accurate to a hundredth for width and accurate to a thousandth for thickness.
We respond to customers' requirements with a wide variety of conditionings. We can deliver coils weighing from 50 grams to about 500 kg.
Cold-rolled sections/profiles
Custom cold rolling
Cold-rolled sections stand out through the fulfilment of high surface requirements complying with close tolerances. Precision sections can be offered in almost all cold malleable materials and non-ferrous metals. Sections can be delivered hardened and tempered if required.
Thanks to own toolmaking, precision sections are produced according to individual customer plans. Cold-rolled sections in the dimensional range of 4 mm2 to 64 mm2 can be delivered in coiled rings as well as bars of up to 6 m in length.
